As a Sr. Director of Technology Search at Hirestrategy I am responsible for client relationship management, team leadership and technical recruiting for positions ranging from mid-level to executive search. In addition I lead a team of junior to mid-level technical recruiters. Within Hirestrategy I work in our permanent placement team so I primarily focus on direct hire positions. Prior to working in the staffing industry I worked in the mortgage business running several departments within the country’s largest provider of refinancing for Veterans Administration loans.

Reston is the perfect mix of urban and rural for me. Plenty of things to do and close to the city, and I can still look out my window and see trees and grass. Trails, pools, courts, parks, the town center, need I say more.
