I am a twenty-three years old. I was born and raised in Fujian, China and attended boarding school in Cambridge, United Kingdom. I moved to the United States from Xiamen, Fujian, China in 2009. I speak fluent Chinese Mandarin, Cantonese, Taiwanese (Hokian), and English. I also speak some French, thanks to my half-French grandfather.

I am a single, young lady who enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Some of my personal goals include being a good daughter, a good granddaughter, and a dependable friend. My mother and my grandmother are my role models because they are loving mothers, caring wives, and schoolteachers who actively promote the Chinese culture in their communities.
My personal interests include jogging, dancing, hiking, horse riding, playing piano, singing, and modeling. In my free time, I help local charities promote their events by donating my time and talents as a model. So far, I have modeled for the Fashion for Passion event to end human trafficking, Green and Gorgeous Fashion Show to raise breast cancer awareness, and the 2010 Apparatus Fashion Show that promotes HIV/AIDS awareness. I also serve as a co-chairperson for my local Leukemia & Lymphoma Society fundraiser, and I recently joined the Smithsonian Young Benefactors Society. I enjoy indulging myself in the charities events in and around D.C. metropolitan area. After graduate school, I plan to create my own strategic communications company and promote the wonderful Chinese Americans culture, giving the Chinese American community a larger presence with pride in mainstream American society.
My favorite thing about D.C. is that there are so many folks dedicating their spare time into the charities.
