I have been in the food business for over 36 years.I have started and operated 12 successful restaurants over the past 20 years. I am a leading authority on starting and successfully running a restaurant, kitchen design, employment practices and increasing business profits.
I am a ServSafe Instructor/Proctor for the National Restaurant Association, teaching regulations for safe and sanitary food practices.

Herkimer NY is like stepping back in time. The Village features a Main Street (appropriately enough called "Main Street). My diner is located right in the heart of the village. Residents all know each other by name and have welcomed us with gusto.
