Because the culture (Farhang), been to live your life for others! Image, perception is the most important than anything! What our friends and neighbors will say? That my son is Gay!! No, I will kill him and don't let him live a Gay life! That is the issue, otherwise gay or not, is your child! As disappointed you may be, life brings different journey and challenges for each one of us! Our parents need to live a acceptation and not denial!

Why can't (some) Iranian parents face the fact about their son being GAY? Why do their sons have to be a in the closet just so the family will not be embarrassed? And why do the parents try to find a girl for their closet gay son to wipe off the gayness in him?
