Addthis actually has an integrated Google +1 in the widget. I don't believe Sharethis does as of yet. I actually had to find a stand alone option to add the +1 to my site, so Addthis would have been the better option at the time. They both cover dozens of networks for sharing and bookmarking but I would have to go with the Addthis simply for the G+1.
