Social networking sites like Facebook has become fully integrated as part of both our personal and professional daily life. I understand the employers concerns with this issue. My only suggestion to them is to set up special sessions for their employees to educate them the negative impacts of sharing company info on Facebook by the employees and hope for the best. (more)
