Note that responsible people can also lose their jobs. I know someone that was making over 100k per year and is now working at Home Depot for $10 per hour. Please don't judge everyone that is in foreclosure as irresponsible. It is tough for all of us and I am just glad they are at least trying to help! Although, I don't believe this settlement is the perfect answer.

I bought an iPad from a 60ish guy at Best Buy last weekend. He was a former corporate VP for Smith Barney. Laid off, now doing retail. Ugh. But the dude knew everything about Apple products and embraced his new job with the same passion that propelled him to his former senior exec position. Gotta love that passion.
