HTML5 is what I have been using on my new mobile compatible sites. I think its great and fairly easy to use. I wrote a short ebook on its uses. Which you will find at www.mobilemarketingglasgow.co.uk. optin required but very decent recent info there for free.
Mike Bebbington.
I received a book on HTML 5 game development for xmas and I must admit it does look great. I can see how it will quickly replace Flash / Silverlight on the web, but I think its going to be some years before it's usable as a serious gaming platform.
All I can say, it was a brilliant strategy by Apple. I blogged about it here over a year ago: Apple The Greek VS Adobe The Trojan http://wp.me/pJnAS-Yt
HTML5 and CSS3 are the next big languages of the web. Flash is being deprecated since Apple never accepted it due to its resource problems (or so they said). HTML5 and CSS3 will run in all browsers and smart phones.
We are training in it now and plan to be deploying it in the immediate future.

Sneha Thanks Michael, for sharing your short ebook with us :)
